Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing all orders before shipment. This does not include weekends, holidays, or sale periods. Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). During the holiday season, our order volume may cause slight delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking updates after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages
Lillian's Lush Organics is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our warehouse and are in transit. If your package is lost or marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact USPS for assistance. We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Holiday Shipping Policy
During the holiday season, please allow 7-14 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking updates after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Holiday Shipping Period: November 25th - December 31st

An email confirming the shipment of your order will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience shipping delays with USPS beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Order Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed, including changes to the shipping address, size, or quantity. Lillian’s Lush Organics reserves the right to cancel any orders with incorrect information.

Address Accuracy & Reshipping
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct address information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, there will be a $10 reshipping fee. The returned package will be resent within 3 business days after the customer pays the reshipping fee. If the reshipping fee is not paid, the items become the property of Lillian's Lush Organics, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Information
Once your order is with the carrier, we cannot provide additional shipping details beyond the tracking number.

International Orders
All international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. During checkout, customers can choose their preferred international shipping method. Shipping charges do not include any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees, which may be levied when the shipment reaches your country. As the importer of record, you are responsible for any additional charges.

Shipping Rates
All shipping rates for both domestic and international orders are calculated by Shopify.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as "delivered," please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is marked "delivered" but not received, it may still be in transit. We recommend waiting up to six days for the package to arrive. If it doesn't show up, file a claim with the carrier.

Winter Shipping Precautions
During colder months, it is highly recommended that you have your product delivered to an indoor location. Since the product contains oils, it may freeze in cold temperatures. Lillian’s Lush Organics is not responsible for products that freeze during transit.

Packages Marked 'Delivered' But Not Received
Sometimes, carriers incorrectly mark packages as "delivered" while they are still in transit. If this happens, your package will likely arrive within six days of the incorrect scan. If you still haven't received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

No Reshipping of Packages
Lillian's Lush Organics is not responsible for reshipping or reprocessing orders. Customers are welcome to place a new order once the carrier has successfully processed a claim for the returned package.

Shipping Days
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
