Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We do not offer refunds for orders or packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to Lillian’s Lush Organics due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued. The original package can be resent, but the customer will be responsible for a $10 reshipping fee. The returned package will be sent back within 3 business days after the reshipping fee is paid. If the reshipping fee is not paid, the items will become the property of Lillian’s Lush Organics.

Once your package leaves our warehouse and is in transit, Lillian’s Lush Organics is not liable for lost or damaged items. If your package is lost or marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact USPS for assistance.

If an incorrect address is entered during checkout, your order will be canceled, and you will need to place a new order. No exceptions.

Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to make any changes to items within an order once it has been placed.
