Do You Accept Returns?
No, all sales are FINAL and we do not accept returns.
What if My Item Arrives Damaged or Defective?

What if My Order Is Returned to Sender?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will not issue a refund. If you’d like your order to be reshipped, there will be a $10 reshipping fee. Please ensure all address details are correct at checkout to avoid this situation.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Order processing typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to update. During busy holiday seasons, processing and shipping may take longer.

Yes! Our products are safe for babies aged 3 months and older. We recommend doing a patch test first to check for any allergies.

How Often Should I Use Your Products?
For optimal results, we recommend using the product at least every other day (3-4 times a week). Since our products are multipurpose, they can be used as a daily scalp oil, hot oil treatment, or in combination with deep conditioning treatments.

What If I Have Health or Autoimmune-Related Hair Loss?
Customers dealing with autoimmune conditions or health-related hair loss (such as cancer, lupus, thyroid disorders, alopecia, etc.) have found success using our products. While we can’t guarantee results due to the variability of individual conditions, we recommend trying the product on a small area of the scalp for a few weeks. If you see positive results, you can expand use to other areas.
How Can I Tell If My Hair Follicles Are Dead?
If you’re unsure about the status of your hair follicles, we recommend seeing a dermatologist, cosmetologist, or trichologist. They can examine the follicles under a microscope, as visible hair growth alone isn’t a reliable indicator of follicle health.
