Please Allow Between 7-14 Business Days For All Orders Placed To Be Processed Before Shipment. Orders Are Only Shipped On Business Days: Monday-Friday (EXCLUDING Holidays). Please Be Mindful That During The Holiday Season Our Order Volume Increases Which May Cause A Slight Delay. Once Your Order Has Shipped You Will Receive A Tracking Number Please Allow 1-2 Business Days For Tracking Information To Be Updated After You Receive A Shipping Confirmation. 

Lillian's Lush Organics Is NOT Responsible For Lost Or Damaged Items Once They Leave Our Warehouse And Are In Transit. If Your Package Is Lost/Showing Delivered But You Have Not Received It Please Contact USPS For Any Accommodations. We DO NOT Issues Refunds, Credits or Replacements For Packages Confirmed Delivered By The Courier.

An E-mail Confirming Your Orders Shipment Will Be Sent To The Email Address That Was Provided During The Checkout Process. Due To The COVID-19 Pandemic, You May Experience Shipping Delays With USPS Beyond Lillian's Lush Organics Control.

Unfortunately, We CANNOT Make Any Changes To An Order Once It Has Been Placed. This Includes Change Of Address, Size, Or Change In Quantity. Lillian's Lush Organics Reserves The Right To Cancel ANY Order That Is Placed With Incorrect Information.

It Is The Responsibility Of The Customer To Put The Correct Address Information In While Checking Out. If A Package Is Returned Because Of An Incorrect Address, There Will Be A $15 Re-Shipping Fee. The Original Returned Package Will Be Re-Sent Within 3 Business Days Of The Customer Paying The Re-Shipping Fee. If The Customer Does Not Pay The Re-Shipping Fee For A Returned Package To Lillian's Lush Organics, The Item Is Property Of Lillian's Lush Organics, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED

During The Colder Months It Highly Recommended That You Have Your Product Delivered To A Location That Is Indoors. Due To The Product Being An Oil In Colder Temperatures The Product May Freeze. We Are NOT Responsible For Your Product Freezing In Transit.

SOMETIMES CARRIERS INCORRECTLY SCAN PACKAGES THAT ARE STILL IN TRANSIT. THAT MEANS THAT YOUR PACKAGE COULD BE MARKED AS “DELIVERED” EVEN THOUGH IT’S STILL ON ITS WAY TO YOU. WE COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION! BUT YOUR PACKAGE IS LIKELY TO SHOW UP WITHIN SIX DAYS OF A FALSE SCAN.
