When We Say Internal Factors These Are Conditions That Are Internally Affecting Your Hair Growth. Since These Are Mostly Issues That We Cannot Prevent, We Can Only Be Proactive In The Start Of New Hair Growth. In This Case We CANNOT Guarantee Results, Because Everyone Is Different. Visibly Looking At The Hair Strands Or Seeing Visible Hair Growth Is Not The Only Way To Determine If The Follicles Are Dead. In Some Situations The Hair Has The Potential To Grow But Needs Some Stimulation To Get The Hair Growth Process Started.
