If An Order Is Returned To Lillian's Lush Organics The Customer Will Only Be Refunded For The Price Of the Item(s) NOT Shipping Cost. Lillian's Lush Organics Is NOT Responsible For Lost Or Damaged Items Once They Leave Our Warehouse And Are In Transit. If Your Package Is Lost/Showing Delivered But You Have Not Received It Please Contact USPS For Any Accommodations. 

If The Wrong Address Was Entered During Check Out Please Send The Correct Address, First And Last Name And Order Number To Within 24 Hours Of Placing Your Order (Please Be Mindful That This Does Not Promise That We Can Change Your Shipping Address).
